To help clarify the timeline for our 1T4X Spiritual Workout:

  • This week you’ll list “Cut Outs” and “Distractions”

  • Next week you’ll have a “menu” of choices for a spiritual workout schedule. You’ll add the items you are cutting out/avoiding to this final plan.

  • Then the actual workout/diet will take place September 7th through September 21 (2 weeks)
