Memorize Mark 1:15
“The time promised by God has come at last!” he announced. “The Kingdom of God is near! Repent of your sins and believe the Good News!”
Share with someone when you first decided to follow Jesus.
Memorize Mark 2:17
When Jesus heard this, he told them, “Healthy people don’t need a doctor—sick people do. I have come to call not those who think they are righteous, but those who know they are sinners.”
List as many miracles of Jesus as you can.
Look for “natural” miracles that take place all around you and thank God for His continual interaction in the world around you.
Memorize Mark 3:35
“Anyone who does God’s will is my brother and sister and mother.”
Identify where in your life as a Christian you have followed “made-up” rules that rob you of joy and where you have not followed God’s rules enough and have imitated the world.
Memorize Mark 4:33-34
“Jesus used many similar stories and illustrations to teach the people as much as they could understand. In fact, in his public ministry he never taught without using parables; but afterward, when he was alone with his disciples, he explained everything to them.”
Memorize Mark 5:19
“But Jesus said, ‘No, go home to your family, and tell them everything the Lord has done for you and how merciful he has been.'”

- The Townspeople: I have a difficult time letting go of the things of this world to follow Jesus.
- The Healed Man: I follow Jesus but need to make sure I’m sharing what He’s done for me with others.

Memorize Mark 5:36

LIST any miracles you believe have happened in your life or in the lives of others.
Glance through the gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John) and take note of the miracles Jesus did. Which do you find most amazing?
