Do you need to cancel or update your event or announcement information that’s been published? Do you have things you need to add? This is the place to be!

Fill out the form below and we’ll get right on to updating the information for your event or announcement.

*Please note. If your event or announcement has already had a paper flyer created and publicized, we won’t be able to update the flyer unless there are two weeks before the date of the event.

Do you have permission from the person who submitted the advertisement or event request to make the update?

We're sorry. But unless you have permission from the Event Organizer to update the announcement, you may not proceed to update the information.

If you're updating event information on the calendar, please select "Calendar Event Details" as your answer.

Are you updating a calendar event or announcement?
Event Name
Please name the Event as it appears on the calendar, otherwise we might have a hard time finding it. Thank you!
Event Date
Please select the date of your event. If it's recurring, select the date you're updating.
Are you canceling your event or just updating information?
What is your reason for canceling?
When an event gets canceled, we don't remove it from the calendar. Sometimes an explanation for those looking forward to the event is helpful to them. Please include your reason so we can let them know on the calendar.

*If people have registered for your event, we do not contact them about it's cancelation. That will be the event organizer's responsibility. If you need a list of people to contact, email Nate.

If this was a paper handout, unless we have two weeks before the event, it will not be updated with new information since it was already printed. But all other locations can be updated if you like.
