The Hebrews had been sent to Egypt to “Live in a land that was not their own”. In many ways, God remained silent in this time. Upon his return, however, God is loud! And he proves Himself over and over again to His people. Yet still the Israelites find themselves wandering through the desert with nothing to eat wondering how this was ever the plan of a God that loves them. In fact, they began to grumble and began to think it may have even been better to die by one of the plagues in Egypt. Do we find ourselves in similar situations? How do we respond?
